This former fisher house is located in the centre of Dinard, 50m away from the famously romantic Clair de Lune walkway, close to the shops and the typical market, the Prieuré beach and the marina. The apartments in a quiet location, all have a terrace facing south and are ideally located for a holiday without car.
Dieses hübsche Natursteinhaus liegt von der Straße zurückversetzt in der Ortsmitte von Dinard, ca. 100 m von der romantischen Mondscheinpromenade und dem Meer entfernt und nahe dem typischen Markt und dem Jachtclub. Diese günstige Lage läßt alle näheren Einrichtungen gut zu Fuß erreichen. Zum Sandstrand Plage du Prieuré ca. 250 m, Plage de l’Ecluse ca. 700 m. Die Wohnungen haben eine eigene beplfanzte Terrasse nach süden gerichtet.

Salle commune avec machine à laver et sécher le linge, table et fer à repasser. Jouets de plage, lit de BB et chaise haute à disposition.
Our flats decorated with care are all equipped with small kitchens, electrical heating system, satellite TV with UK channels, free internet access, garden furniture. Common room with washing machine and dryer and ironing equipment. Beach games, baby bed and chair at your disposal.
Unsere Wohnungen mit Pflege eingerichtet, sind alle mit kleinen Küchen, Elektroheizung, SatTV mit deutschen Sendern, WLan inkl. und Gartenmöebel ausgesttatet. Gemeinschaftlicher Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner (jeweils Gebühr) Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. Strand Spiele, Kinderbett und Kinderstuhl stehen zu Verfügung.
The lively Dinard is one of the most traditional seaside resort in France. You will discover a wild rocky coastline harbouring nice sand beaches. The coast stretches partly along the beautiful Rance river in the direction of Dinan and along the sea opposite St Malo. Dinard has four main sand beaches, the most famous of which is the Plage de L'Ecluse surrounded by 19th century villas with its old fashioned atmosphere (500m from our house). The very romantic Chemin de ronde (coast guard pathway) with its Clair de Lune walkway (50m from our house) provides breathtaking views of the coast. For sport amateurs you will find nearby facilities to practice: golf, tennis, squash, horse riding, sailing, surfing, fishing. Dinard also offers a heated sea water swimming pool, a casino, a thalassotherapy centre and a marina.
Das lebhafte Dinard zählt zu den traditionsreichsten Badeorten Frankreichs. Es erstreckt sich reizvoll über Klippen und Felsen, teils an der Rancemündung gegenüber von St. Malo, teils an der stark zerklüfteten Meerseite. Von den vier Sandstränden ist der Plage de l’Ecluse Dinards Renommierstrand mit klassischer Seebadatmosphäre. Der wildromantische Weg Chemin de Ronde mit seiner Mondscheinpromenade zieht sich entlang der Küste mit herrlichen Ausblicken. Das Sportangebot beinhaltet Tennis, Squash, Reiten, Golf, Angeln, Segeln, Surfen. Beheiztes Meerwasserhallenbad, Thalassotherapie, Spielcasino, Jachthafen.
